Preparation and Cooking Instructions

• Mix 30 g (1 Tbsp.) powder in 1 Imp. gal. (4.5 L) cool water. Dip whole peeled potatoes in solution for 4 minutes. Dip sliced potatoes in solution for 1 1/2 minutes. Drain off solution then store in cool, dry place. Keep potatoes covered.
