Vegan complete premix in powder for soft serve with vanilla taste. You can transform the base into different flavours using our gelato pastes or fountain flavours. 

Format: Case of 8 x 1.5 KG bags

Mixing Instructions: 

• Soft Serve: Mix one bag (1.5 KG) with 3.5 L of water and pour into soft serve machine.
  
• Gelato: 500 g powder + 1 L water
  
• Granita: 330 g powder + 1 L water
  
• Smoothie/Milkshake: 70 - 100 g powder + 200 g milk (or plant milk) + 150 g ice

Yield: One case produces 360 cones (100g)
